Our History
In 1946, Three War Veterans, upon returning from combat, aimed to enhance the lives of Windsor’s residents by providing exceptional taxi services to the community.
Utilizing systems they had employed during their military service, such as magnetic ship tracking boards, from the Navy and mobile radios from the Army, they embarked on establishing a second cab company in the city.
Through dedication and meticulous attention to detail, Vets Cab expanded from a modest fleet of three vehicles to over 200 today, delivering the most sophisticated automated dispatch system in the taxi industry.
