We have Sedans(4), SUVs(4) & Vans(6) in our fleet. Due to the lack of Vans in our fleet, van requests can be delayed.

(CLIENTS: $25.00 MINIMUM HOLD – APP TRIPS)
The $25.00 MINIMUM amount is a hold by your bank for the APP transaction. Your bank holds $25.00 MINIMUM or a percentage of your quoted trip, your bank usually releases it within 2 business days. Please contact your bank to have them release your money back to you if it is urgently needed. We at Vets cab do not hold these funds.
Absolutely the driver can provide you a receipt in the vehicle after your trip. If you need a receipt after the trip, you can contact us and we can E-mail you a receipt.

We do not offer driver requests through our dispatch service. You can ask a driver for their personal number if you would like to use their service again in the future. Keep in mind that if you are using an account you MUST call into our dispatch service and can not request a driver
The wait time is charged on each ride ( in place of meter rate ) when the vehicle is stopped at lights or stuck in construction, at train tracks etc. Whenever the vehicle is moving below 17 kms / hour.
This is so the customer doesn’t get charged the full meter rate while being in an unavoidable situation.
